Brittany Heberlein

Brittany Heberlein is the Director of Operations at Marketri, bringing more than 10 years of operations and project management experience to the team. Born and raised in Oconomowoc, WI, she earned a degree in Mass Communication with an emphasis in Advertising from Winona State University in Winona, MN. After a decade in Minnesota, she moved back to her hometown with her husband, two kids, a dog, and a collection of more than 50 plants.

Brittany runs the internal engine that keeps Marketri moving, spanning HR, payroll, contracts, recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, vendor management, and finance operations. She specializes in building efficient processes, managing team workload and capacity, and keeping the business’s operational and financial infrastructure sound.

She believes strong internal systems and clear communication are what free a team to do its best client work. Her approach is simple: plan ahead, stay flexible, and keep the people, processes, and systems aligned so the team can deliver for clients without friction.

Outside of work, Brittany spends her time with family and friends and can often be found at concerts and music festivals.
