She received her degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Strategic Communication from the University of Missouri. Brie began her career in marketing execution and implementation, moving to coordination, account service, and project management. Her project management experience ultimately led her to her current role in operations. Brie’s passion lies in helping firms grow, become more efficient, implement processes, and create a culture that fosters teamwork and success.
When it comes to her approach to work and life, Brie is known as organized, diligent, adaptable, personable, and creative. Her super power is to be able to see things from others perspectives or point of views, especially clients, while still being pragmatic and strategic.
A native of Kansas City, Missouri, Brie loves the Chiefs and gathering with family and friends for Sunday football, traveling, and trying new things—especially recipes she finds on TikTok. On the weekends, you can find her searching locally for the best vanilla lattes in the mornings, and the best spicy margaritas in the evenings. Something surprising about Brie is that Kelly Clarkson was her very first concert, and she still watches her on the show, The Voice, today!
A piece of advice she would give to anyone starting out in the field: Try out a variety of roles in marketing, learn different subject matters, get certified in tools related to what you’re doing, and find someone you look up to in your work and start to take pages out of their book. Also realize that you don’t have to reinvent the wheel every time. Brie believes this is what makes for a well-rounded marketer.
