With nearly 20 years of experience, Emilie brings a honed skill set and a vast knowledge to her role as Senior Marketing Director. She has worked with a variety of industries, including financial, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, automotive, travel and commercial real estate. Spending time both on the agency and client side has provided her with a holistic understanding of the challenges of marketing and equipped her with the skills to overcome them.

Emilie DiFranco is a results-driven marketing leader with an uncanny ability to connect the dots. Her wide range of experience has not only provided her with an in-depth knowledge of marketing, but also with a comprehensive understanding of a variety of businesses and industries. This combination allows her to better define the role marketing plays within each business and help clients reach and exceed their marketing goals.

Emilie’s passion for marketing began at the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University where she majored in Advertising Management. She spent the first eleven years of her career planning and buying all types of media from newspaper to outdoor to broadcast, eventually specializing in digital advertising. She expanded her skill set by spending several years as a brand strategist conducting primary research and developing brands.

Along with her husband and three children, Emilie resides in Columbus, Ohio. She spends most of her time surrounded by her family—whether it is on a hike, playing a board game or attending a sporting event. She also often spends her alone time taking barre classes. She has attended over 500 classes!

The convergence of art and science is what fuels Emilie’s love of the marketing industry. She enjoys the opportunity to develop creative solutions based on research and data.
