With nearly 30 years of experience in crafting and executing marketing strategies that drive demand across B2B industries, Tracy Grzybowski brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as Senior Marketing Director. A Wisconsin native residing in the Madison area, Tracy graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Journalism and Advertising, setting the foundation for a career that spans both in-house and agency marketing teams.
Tracy’s career is marked by her deep involvement in every facet of marketing—from high-level strategy development to the hands-on execution of campaigns. This allows her to blend strategic vision and practical execution. She doesn’t just understand what needs to be done—she knows how to do it in a way that is both effective and realistic. Her approach is deeply insightful, always starting with the “why” behind customer behavior to craft strategies that resonate and deliver results, even as tools and technologies evolve.
Outside of her professional life, Tracy is deeply embedded in the Madison community. She is a Past President of the Madison Chapter of the American Marketing Association. An avid Master’s swimmer, she and her family are actively involved in the local swim community, having contributed her time to the Ridgewood Pool board and volunteering with the Ed Nebbins Foundation, which promotes the life-saving benefits of learn-to-swim programs in underserved areas. Her passion for the arts has also kept her connected to the local theater scene, where she met her husband while working as an actor and director.
