Local Business Owner Deb Andrews Named to NSBA Leadership Council 

Washington, D.C. October 3, 2024 – Deb Andrews, Founder & CEO of Marketri, was recently named to the National Small Business Association (NSBA) Leadership Council. NSBA is the nation’s oldest small-business advocacy organization, and operates on a staunchly nonpartisan basis. Andrews, a recognized leader in the small-business community, joins the NSBA Leadership Council alongside other small-business advocates from across the country as they work to promote the interests of small business to policymakers in Washington, D.C.

“As a small-business owner, I have seen a vast amount of transformation, challenges as well as opportunities. Recognizing the importance of being involved and active when it comes to laws and regulation, I want to stack hands with like-minded entrepreneurs and members of NSBA to help fuel growth of small businesses across the country,” stated Andrews. “Joining NSBA’s Leadership Council will enable me to take our collective small-business message to the people that need to hear it most: Congress.”

Andrews is the President and Founder of Marketri, a strategic marketing consulting firm that specializes in serving middle market, growth-oriented B2B companies. With 25 years of marketing experience and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Maryland, Andrews is a seasoned professional with a focus on B2B marketing for Professional Services firms. Andrews has served on several boards, including the Bucks County SPCA, Bucks County Historical Society, The Workforce Investment Board of Bucks County, the Central Bucks Rotary Club, and the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce.

Andrews joined the NSBA Leadership Council as part of her efforts to tackle the many critical issues facing small business, including tax reform, regulatory restraint, health care costs and how access to capital will impact small business. The NSBA Leadership Council is focused on providing valuable networking between small-business advocates from across the country while ensuring small business a seat at the table as Congress and regulators take up key small-business proposals.
