Lindsey Huerta-Bond is Marketri's Activation Officer, bringing a background in international business, growth strategy, and operations to the team. She earned a degree in Chinese and Global Commerce from the University of Virginia and spent several years living and working across Asia early in her career.
Lindsey held early roles at TikTok during its U.S. growth phase, spanning employer brand, Chief of Staff work, and partnership strategy. She served as Chief of Staff on TikTok's Growth team as it scaled from 0 to 1,000+ employees, built VC partnership programs at TikTok and TLDR.tech, and grew TikTok's LinkedIn presence from 0 to 1 million followers in under a year through employee engagement, paid ads, and an unconventional posting strategy. Earlier in her career, she relocated an analyst team from Australia to China while at Meltwater.
Lindsey lives in Baltimore with her husband and spends her weekends exploring new vintage stores and hiking.
