Pipeline Symptom Checker
Reads your actual funnel numbers and shows exactly where the sharpest drop-off sits - awareness, conversion, sales process, positioning, or retention - not a guess dressed up as insight.

What This Skill Does
Turns your own numbers into a location, not a guess
Computes real conversion rates between the stages you actually track and finds the sharpest relative drop.
Never compares you to a fake industry average
Rates are compared only against your own other stages or your own prior period.
Names a primary and secondary suspect
Flags a second weak transition when the picture isn't a single clean story.
Catches a genuinely broad drop
Recognizes when no single stage is the culprit and names it a positioning issue instead of forcing a false winner.
Stops at the location, not the fix
Tells you where the funnel breaks, not what to do about it.
Best Used For
- Reading actual funnel counts to see where the biggest relative drop happens
- Sorting out whether a growth slowdown is an awareness, conversion, sales-process, positioning, or retention problem
- Before a hiring, agency, or budget conversation, to know which stage of the funnel actually needs attention
- Checking whether "we need more leads" is really the constraint, or something later in the funnel is the leak
How It Works
"Growth is slow" is a symptom, not a diagnosis, and the instinct is usually to guess at a cause - more ads, a new hire, a rebrand - before actually locating where in the funnel things break down. A business with plenty of visitors but few leads has a completely different problem than one with plenty of leads but few closed deals, even though both look like "growth is slow" from the outside.
This skill reads your own stage-by-stage funnel numbers - visitors, leads, opportunities, proposals, closed deals, whatever you actually track - and computes the conversion rate at each transition. It compares those rates only against each other or your own prior numbers, never a fabricated industry benchmark, and maps the sharpest relative drop to a likely category: awareness, conversion, sales process, positioning, or retention.
You walk away with a primary (and if applicable, secondary) location for where growth is actually leaking, rated by evidence strength - not a recommendation, a fix, or a guess dressed up as an analysis.

Common questions
Real counts for at least 3 consecutive funnel stages you already track - visitors, leads, opportunities, proposals, or closed deals. Rough numbers are fine; a general feeling isn't enough.
No - there's no verified external benchmark to cite. It compares your numbers only against your own other stages or your own prior period.
Then this isn't the right tool yet - Growth Bottleneck Finder works from qualitative business facts instead.
No - it names where the drop-off sits, not the remedy.
