What This Skill Does

Finds the pattern under the noise

Groups scattered reviews and complaints into recurring themes, not just a list of individual comments.

Every theme is quoted, not vibes

Each theme comes with anonymized supporting quotes and a count of how often it showed up.

States the stakes, not a fix

Tells you what a theme implies for the business - a churn risk, a strength worth protecting - without prescribing a remedy.

Names are gone before anything else happens

Any customer or employee name is converted to a role label the instant it's read, and never appears in the finished report.

Won't manufacture a pattern from a handful of comments

Refuses to call something a "theme" without enough independent feedback behind it.

Best Used For

  • Making sense of a batch of reviews or complaints that feels like noise
  • Checking whether recent support notes point to a recurring issue or a real strength
  • Preparing a plain-language read of "what customers are actually saying" for a leadership conversation
  • A gut check on whether one bad review is a pattern or just one unhappy customer

How It Works

Reviews and complaints pile up faster than anyone reads them closely, and whichever one was most recent or most emotional tends to stick in memory - not the pattern underneath. This skill takes a batch of that raw feedback and turns it into scored, recurring themes, each backed by real quotes and a plain statement of what it means for the business.

Every name in the raw feedback - a customer, a company, an employee - is converted to a role or segment label the moment it's read, before any theme work begins, and never resurfaces in the finished report. Feedback gets grouped into themes by subject, not star rating alone, with at least two independent items behind every named theme; a single vivid complaint is evidence to hold in reserve, not a theme on its own. Below five items or a single customer, the skill says so rather than manufacturing a pattern that isn't really there.

You walk away with a set of themes, each with anonymized quotes, a frequency count, and one plain sentence on what it implies - a churn risk, a strength worth protecting, a messaging gap - never a customer response or a recommended fix.
